Returns Refunds and Cancellation

Non-Returnable Products:

At Thekuawale, items purchased through our website (www.thekuawale.in) are generally non-returnable due to the nature of freshly prepared food products. However, we always strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us an image of the item along with your order details at info@thekuawale.in. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.

Customer Support:

For any concerns or dissatisfaction with your purchase, you may contact our Customer Support Team at 9315451737, available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. You may request a replacement for damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt.

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellation can be requested by emailing us at info@thekuawale.in. Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed or dispatched. Once the product is prepared or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Successful cancellations will result in a full refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds are issued only in situations where the order was cancelled before processing, the order could not be delivered, or a payment was deducted but the order did not get confirmed. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, and the amount will be credited to the same account used for payment. Management’s decision regarding refunds is final.

Thekuawale reserves the right to modify or update these conditions and policies at any time without prior notice. All changes will be binding and final.
