Shipping & Payment Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. When you place an order online, you will be provided with an estimated delivery timeline. Thekuawale ensures that every order is packed carefully and handed over to reliable courier partners until it is delivered to you or collected by you. You may be required to sign a confirmation of receipt upon delivery, and by doing so, you accept responsibility for the products from that moment onwards. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift delivery, the signature of the recipient will be considered as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

The total payable amount, including shipping fees (if applicable), will be displayed during checkout on the individual item pages.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the serviceability of our logistics partners. However, we endeavour to deliver most orders within 4 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
